Grandma's Peach Cobbler

3 C. peeled, sliced peaches
1/2 C. sugar
1 T. corn starch
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 T oleo (margarine)

1 C. flour
1 T. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 C. corn oil
1/3 C skim milk

1.  Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 10x6x1 baking dish
2.  Dot with oleo
3.  Mix in bowl, next 5 ingredients.  Add corn oil & milk, stir until moistened.
4.  Drop by teaspoons on  peach mixture.

Bake @ 400 degrees until lightly browned.   Serve  warm with french vanilla ice cream.
